Troubleshoot your Quooker

This troubleshooting guide is currently designed for Quooker boiling-water systems. Answer one simple question at a time and we’ll suggest a safe self-help check or point you towards the right support.

Safety first: If your Quooker is leaking, switch off the tank’s electrical supply and isolate its water supply using the valve connected to the system. Some water may continue to escape briefly because the tank contains hot water under pressure. If the system is tripping the electrics, leave it switched off and do not repeatedly reset it. A leak or internal component fault will need to be inspected before the system is used again.
