Installation — £200
Pay £50 when booking, with the remaining balance due after installation.
Some straightforward water-filter installations using your existing tap may cost less. Contact us with the make and model—or a product link—before booking, or include these details in your booking notes.
Systems requiring a separate drinking-water tap are charged at the standard £200 installation price. Please let us know if your sink or worktop does not already have a suitable tap hole so we can check the requirements beforehand. Suitable worktop drilling agreed in advance is included in this price.
If we agree a lower installation price, we’ll reduce the balance due after your visit.
Please have your complete system and its supplied installation kit available for the appointment. Any additional parts or work will be quoted and agreed beforehand.

We service Quooker systems of all ages. If you’ve been told yours is too old to service, get in touch before deciding to replace it.
We’ll assess its condition, explain the options and help you maintain or repair it wherever possible. Repairs depend on the condition of the system and availability of suitable parts.

Quooker Servicing & Repairs

For routine servicing, descaling, leaks or a system that isn’t working correctly. We inspect the system, investigate the problem and explain the appropriate next steps.
Additional parts or work are quoted and agreed before proceeding. Some faults require manufacturer parts or support, and a repair cannot always be completed during the visit.
Filter Change Visit
£100
We fit replacement Quooker Scale Control cartridges, Cold Water Filter (CWF) cartridges, CUBE filters and CO₂ cylinders supplied by you. Tap cleaning and a visual inspection of the connected system are included.
Please order the correct replacement and have it available before your appointment. Filters, cartridges and CO₂ cylinders are not supplied or included in the £100 visit price. Unsure what to order? Ask us before booking.
Your £50 booking fee forms part of the £100 visit price.
Additional System

Reduced service price for another Quooker system at the same property during the same visit.
Your £50 booking fee forms part of the total visit price—it is not an additional charge. The remaining balance is due after your visit.
